Chaos at Howe Community Park Results in Four Victims Wounded in Sacramento County's Arden-Arcade Neighborhood

These findings confirmed that at least one of the shooters had been discharging rounds toward the south from Cottage Way targeting the Home Depot building and parking lot. Intelligence received through scanner monitoring showed that a Kia had been detained in Solano County California. Four individuals were taken into custody. Deputies were heading to pick up the four detainees to transport the detainees for processing in Sacramento County. Video reviewed at the scene made clear that two shooters had been involved.
